Just thought i'd give you some tips on what to wear for the Aerials workshop! It's almost apon us - very exciting!
We advise that both guys and girls wear:
1. Smooth clothing - i.e. clothes where your partner doesn't risk getting caught up! Nothing too slippy though so don't dig out your best tracksuits!
2. Clothing which covers you up for extra protection - i.e. long sleeves are recommended. Girls you may also want to make sure you wear tops which are fairly high-necked to ensure you don't bear all!
3. No jewellery
4. Flat shoes
